GAIN put us back in control of our sales by providing the information we need, when we need it. Being able to make immediate decisions based on GAIN credit reports has significantly improved our turn around time.
GAIN membership is packed with value. Their industry-related credit reports are more cost effective than other sources. "Flash" email reports give real-time updates on changes in customers' financial position. These – together with input from other credit managers made possible by GAIN membership – have saved quite a few orders from going out the door to customers with payment issues.
All this, together with the opportunity to regularly network with credit professionals and share relevant information via discussion forums, has made GAIN membership an important part of our credit management strategy.
